Use the platform lawfully
Users may use MakoAngel only for lawful business-opportunity discovery, presentation, communication and review within their authorization.
Prohibited conduct
- Fraud, impersonation, deception, market manipulation or misleading claims.
- Unauthorized scraping, credential sharing, malicious code, vulnerability exploitation or access circumvention.
- Harassment, threats, discriminatory content, spam or unrelated solicitation.
- Requests for off-platform payment designed to evade safeguards or fees.
- Uploading stolen, unlawful, infringing, confidential or unnecessarily sensitive personal data.
- Listings involving prohibited, illegal or sanctioned goods, services, entities or activity.
Platform integrity
Users must not manipulate reviews, interest, pricing signals or platform metrics; create deceptive duplicate accounts; or misrepresent authority, ownership, revenue, profit, customers, traffic, intellectual property or transferability.
Enforcement
MakoAngel may remove content, restrict features, preserve relevant records, suspend accounts and cooperate with lawful investigations. The production policy will define notice, appeal and grievance procedures where appropriate.
